From 4” (100mm) to 533” (13.555mm)
• Carbon Steel – both welded and open profiles.
• Stainless steel – open profiles.
• Stainless steel – open profiles.
This range varies depending on the profile:
• For welded profiles – 1.102” (28mm) to 23.622” (600mm) (Ø10mm to Ø193mm)
• For open profiles – 0.984” (25mm) to 39.370” (1,000mm)

Yes, it just depends on drawings and technical details. We can offer custom length cutting, punching, riveting, and marking in-house. We can additionally do HDG and laser processing through our subcontractors.
We have some welding options for carbon steel products. Please contact us and submit your drawings to get more guidance from our team of experts.
This depends on the specific drawings, but it is possible in some cases. The equipment we have available is limited at the moment. But we are willing to invest in additional equipment for our clients to meet their needs.
This is possible, we would just need to review any drawings and specs beforehand to ensure compatibility.
This is not a service we currently offer today.
Depending on the parts to be assembled, yes.
Yes, there are several other factors to consider, like the final design, volume of the project, and the hardware involved.
Yes, we offer custom packaging for client orders.
Absolutely! Check out our standard tubes and profiles page for more info.
This is not currently something we offer in-house, but we do have a subcontractor for laser processing works.
Our response time varies depending on the complexity of the enquiry, but we usually can deliver quotes within 1-5 business days.
Lead times vary heavily based on a number of factors, including:
• The specific profile
• Total length/volume
• Thickness of the profile
• Current production line capacity and availability
• Raw material lead time
• Tooling lead time
• And more
Assuming we are all set for manufacturing, lead time would usually be between 1-3 months (transit time included).

Yes, this is a major advantage of roll forming. We can do both punching and notching in-line.
Again, this varies on the specific job requirements, so it can be anywhere from 4-12 weeks.
Yes, we have our own workshop in the facility and can produce all tooling internally.
Our minimum order quantity is based on weight. We require orders of at least 44,000 lbs. (20 tons) for average sizes. So, if the thickness and section of the profile for an order is increased, the total amount of footage produced may need to be increased accordingly.
